Hilman Hadiyanto
Hilman Hadiyanto is a creative and experienced leader who currently serves as the President Director of PT. Amakita Indonesia, a company engaged in the Event Organizer (EO) and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sectors. PT. Amakita Indonesia is part of Batang Amakita Group, a business group operating in various strategic sectors across Indonesia. With a strong background in media and production, Hilman began his career as a production crew member at two renowned national television stations, Trans 7 and TV One. This experience sharpened his skills in visual content management, production team coordination, and deepened his understanding of the dynamics of the creative industry. His professional journey advanced significantly when he was entrusted as Head of Production at BRTV, where he led the planning and execution of broadcast programs with an innovative and efficient approach. His peak creative achievement was demonstrated when Hilman served as Creative Project Leader for the Trans Studio Bandung International Circus Show in 2017. This international-scale event showcased his outstanding managerial, artistic, and coordination capabilities. With a combination of experience in media, events, and production, Hilman Hadiyanto brings a strong vision to position PT. Amakita Indonesia as a professional, high-caliber event organizer capable of competing at both national and international levels.
